We had some guests over the weekend due to kids holidays and hence we wanted to take them out. Every body wanted to go out of town.
While searching around we stumbled on this place. Pictures looked good and hence decided to try it out.
Our trip to Krishnagiri Dam
We started a bit late. By the time we could start, it was already 09 AM. It took almost an hour for us to touch Hosur.
From there its around 1 hour.
The drive to Krishangiri is cool. Driving on NH7 is breeze. Once you cross Krishangiri keep a watch for KRP marking. Approx 10Ks from Highway is the Krishnagiri Dam.
Driving towards Krishnagiri Dam is a treat to eyes. Lots of greenery and fresh air.
Once you reach the dam, you will see a park. After the park is the dam. Park the vehicle in front of the gate.
The park is good. Kids will enjoy.
