Exam time guys .. Not much of travelling around. But I did a small half a day trip to Trimurthy Temple Kanakpura and it was a nice experience.
We had a plan to go towards electronics city and since this place was near by, thought of giving it try.
This temple is fairly new but nicely built. It’s around 30Kms from Bangalore on Kanakpura road. It just after Art Of Living center on the left hand side.
Though the temple timings mentioned are in morning and evening, but we reached there around 3.00 PM and were allowed inside.
No issues with parking etc. Sufficient space outside the temple.
Actually there are 3 small temples and hence the name is Trimurthy temple.
One temple is of Lord Hanuman, another one is of Lord Ganesha and third one is Lord Krishna. You can easily see them from main road as the statue of the three gods are visible from outside (main road).
Another attraction of the Trimurthy Temple Kanakpura is a nice garden / lawn in front of the temple. It is very well maintained. Some statues of cows, dears etc and some good collection of plants. My brothers did a not of running around 🙂
Overall it can be a nice half a day family outing from Bangalore.
Then of you have some more time in hand, you can also visit Sri Sri Ravishankar ji ashram and Pyramid valley which is located nearby.
